2006 Tioga Fleetwood 31W All pictures taken 6/14/25 Has 1 slide out. 35 gal fresh water and 30 gal black/grey. 4000 watt Onan gen. New generator has less than 200 hrs on it. Has new motors for slide out and steps. Installed solar panel for aux batteries. Just spent $4K for new tires, generator maintenance, rear brake calipers and pads. Spending another $1500 to have the roof cleaned and resealed. Mechanically everything works and runs solid. Reason for selling is my kids are grown and I need to downsize. I bought this in 2018 with 75k and it currently sits at 87K. Pink in hand. Just renewed registration and smogged. I have all service records. Con’s: engine battery draws (don’t know where it is as I bought it like that). If you can’t put a trickle charge on it will die n a week but it will always start with the aux batteries. Review camera almost never works. (Work at first then stopped). On cold starts the engine has some lifter tic then goes away after warming up. Awning has partial tear on one of the layers and will need to be replaced in the future.
