This machine works but currently sounds a little rough. I sent it in for service a couple years ago and then it went into storage for about a year. I did a phone call with a service tech and had them listen in and they said it sounds ok and we lubricated some parts. You can test it out. Back panel was cracked during shipping but doesn't effect machine function and you won't see it if it's on a countertop against a wall. Comes with the machine, milk jug, cappuccino lid, latte lid, and hot water spigot. It's a beautiful machine that will let you push a single button to grind beans and make espresso, latte, or cappuccino. We're letting it go because we've cut down on our caffeine consumption and it's just time.
