UPDATE: Owner just called us back pissed off about my review, he cancelled our warranty with them and said he will not order the decal kit for us anymore! The outside appearance has nothing to do with what was cause under it! The quad was purchased on March 16th the accident was caused 3 days later and I dropped off the quad March 23th not 3 weeks later! And what does putting what was wrong with my quad have anything to do with the way they took care of it at their shop!? He cancels my warranty because he was neglectful. I was not told it would be kept outside!
UPDATE #2: The owner WAS going to see about decal stickers for me but once he read my review the 1st time he called my husband and was upset about my review said he was NOT going to find out about the decal anymore! I’m updating “dates” because the owner originally said I took my quad to him 3 weeks later after the incident which wasn’t true! I’m correcting his error and he doesn’t like it. That’s why I’ve been updating this review. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
The first picture is the new quad I purchased. Three days later I had to take it back in for repairs I caused. It was in the shop for about 2 months because parts were on back order. When my husband picked up June 7, 2024 the decal was faded as well as the seat. When I called, the owner was a jerk and tried gaslighting me telling me well you crashed it and we fixed it. There’s nothing we can do, we have so many in the shop we can’t cover them. I requested if they can get me a decal kit at least which he said I will try.

Avoid at all costs! Spent 700 on a quad for my son, less than 6 months broke down, and because of there horrible business hours I was unable to come sooner. The batteries needed to be replaced and paid to swap them. I know they’re going to respond, and yes I just read the bill of sale and the only guarantee the battery and motor for 90 days!! Wow! Then I call 2 weeks later that the quad gave out, again due to there business hours I couldn’t make it. Now I was trying to explain the situation with the man I just talked to and he started arguing with me and speaking over me, like dude I’m just trying to get this fixed not ask for a hand out! Like if you can not warranty past 90 days, then in essence your making this large purchase that guarantees you 90 days! You need a different manufacturer! I don’t even get warranties on my vehicles, that’s because you’re buying a NEW CAR! The finance guy always tries to upsell you. But I made a bad choice using this vendor and like always try to support a local business, but by the way you were talking to me, I seriously doubt you would have helped me! Will never recommend or make another purchase!

Response: #1 I went through my phone and emails and no calls to your shop in April of 2024, of course you will have the most recent one. Then the guy I spoke to last year when you replaced the batteries “was brand new” had no clue from a Phillips to a flat head screw driver. Then you had the 4 wheeler 4 weeks when you said 2 weeks max. You also said it was “normal for them” to loose air because the rim is too skinny for the tires, so sorry for not paying you for 7 pounds of air. Then you also didn’t mention the time I Called your shop when I spoke to slow poke in October of 2023. Look I was not looking for a hand out! You obviously have records of the most recent calls, but who closes for 3 days and in this line of work? Who takes these days off of work because your hours don’t meet your customers needs?? At least close on weekends and allow for people to come during regular business hours not these weird Weds-Saturday and you close early on Saturday. We can argue all day, I may be wrong, you were definitely rude, accept the feedback. Don’t make excuses and give recent dates like I literally bought it 2 years ago, replaced the batteries a year later and now want you to fix it for free! No dude, I was going to pay for it to get fixed but your crappy attitude prevented me from even going. Because now I would have to wait like 6weeks and pay some crap you probably never fixed. Despite the 90 days being in bold in the invoice it clearly says stay away, because again if it breaks down in 91 days, guess what, your screwed all that cash! Just accept the feedback and be nicer to people and don’t talk over someone! How would you feel??  Like I said I was going to pay to get it fixed but your attitude prevented a customer being satisfied now you have to look at your records! Who cares! You were a jerk speaking over me, literally yelling at me in front of my son!  Go to some customer service or social skills class.

After reviewing more people on your shop with one stars it’s all the same. You don’t accept feedback well and YOU ALWAYS HAVE AN Excuse! “ I have the date of this no you actually walked in the door at this time.”Then you go back and review our other reviews and and then ask why didn’t you get 5 stars!? Because of your attitude and poor customer service skills.(which proves I was right about your attitude as the other 1 stars say the same) Maybe you should Work on your business and other things around the shop. Instead you go back and review our other reviews!? Wow! And I’m a “special customer?” You’re a stalker going back and reviewing our reviews!I guess you have time to go back and review old reviews, talking about “Were super swamped!” Super swamped reading my reviews!

As an avid cycler most of my life I was hesitant in buying a foreign product , especially a scooter.. but,  I was so delighted when I found the ROSSI force 200.
It is absolutely dependable , and it has a one year warranty.  it gets me where I need to go, it has 80 miles to the gallon. I highly recommend this place they are awesome people and really do take care of you .
UPDATE: I've put on 2250 miles and no problems.

Where to start, the guys in side the shop were great. I bought an Apollo 250cc on 1/29/21. I was talking to the service guy he told me how to do the brake in period. My first time out I was on a small down hill grade and the handle bar moved and went forward. Unfortunately I ended up laying the bike down. I broke a fairing. I wasn't looking for anything I decided I should email the company and let them know that this happened to me. Just so it wouldn't happen to anyone else. A few days went by and no reply.  So I did the brake in period and figured I would call and set up an appointment to service my bike. When I told them what happen to my handle bars. He just said we'll talk about it when you come in to get serviced. So they got my email but never called or decided to reply.. I decided I'll service my own bike so I opened the oil cap and the dip tubing broke off inside the crack case. So I had to rip it all apart to remove the plastic. I would just like for the owner to know about this. Also I have pictures on the plastic in the crack case or gear box.  I had friend with me that saw the handle bars move forward with little to no abuse.
