This truck is a coin bank and is brand new.However it was opened years ago and stored open so there is a little dust on https://offerup.com/redirect/?o=aXQuSXQ= has never been displayed and is still wire tied.Has Headlights,Tailights and flashing caution beacons that light up when you install the 2 AA batteries(not included).Comes with original box and instructions.There is a 1996 date on the instructions,that was all I had to go by when listing the year.
