The table and chairs are in excellent condition. The table is made out of wood and heavy. I'm selling this set because it is simply too large for my kitchen. Table measures 45x28x29. I am also selling the area rug which is under the table separately. The rug measures 4x6 and is for sale for $15. Price is not negotiable. Pick up in Lakewood only. Cash only.
