1997 Dolphin Mobile Home

Replaced roofing to repair a leaky rooftop. Replacing flooring internal flooring and covering with new grey wood paneling. Have paint to freshen up interior paint. Starts up with no problems after sitting for months. Has working generator. Will need electric to be rewired previous owner removed most of the side and rear cameras. All of the supplies that are needed to repair will be included in the sale. Registration is well overdue and purchaser will be responsible for paying any back taxes owed. Thought we would be able to handle repair job but it had turned out to be too much for us. We would like to let it go to someone who can handle the projected work. This was supposed to be our way out of California but didn't turn out that way. Maybe it will make someone's dreams come true.
