Description

From a smoke-free, pet friendly home. Sofa is 65" L and the oversized chair is 45" L. Seating depth is about 31 inches (super comfy!!) and arm height is 23". Cushions are flippable. CONDITION: The sofa and chair will inevitably have a few dog hairs that my vacuum will miss I'm sure (just want to be up front) but there have never been any accidents on either piece. These are super comfy but we moved to a very tiny place and sadly need to downgrade. Must be able to pick up, home depot rents trucks big enough for both pieces for $20/hr. Easy to load, we can help if needed.
