We just leased our very first car at Kia Northstar in Queens, and the whole experience was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we walked in, Marcos Tejada made everything so easy and stress-free. We already had a car in mind, and he guided us through the entire process with patience and care. As first-time buyers, we were a little nervous, but Marcos (and Danny as well!) made sure we felt comfortable and confident every step of the way.

My experience at Northstar Kia was unlikely what I had expected. Brian worked diligently to insure that I had a wonderful experience. I went through everything step by step leaving no stone unturned. He assisted me with the most basic details such Apple play, the car gps system to name a few.
I definitely would recommend anyone who are interested in leasing, financing or purchasing a car to pay NORTHSTAR KIA a visit.  Today my intention was to just look at the car and maybe later make a purchase, but  the fact that Brian presented me with all the right information made me decide to purchase the vehicle today. He was very professional in everything he did. Thanks to him I was able to purchase the Alpha Romeo.
