Clean title, you can check with my vin number. It’s about 260k mileage but not bad for diesel. Runs well, new remodel. This RV is my Airbnb tiny house and camper travel. I made almost 1000$ a month for it. I put this on offer up for a long time just because my significant other wants me to sell it and get a bigger one. I haven’t responded to any request for I am still doing Airbnb with it. I love this bus can be mutual function: Airbnb, woman cave, camper, mover truck (I used it to move my house) , family trip with dogs. However it’s time to really let it go. We move to another place and no rv parking for my bus and family expand from 4 to 8. It’s time to get a bigger bus. I love it and well taken care. It’s diesel bus and great on fuel. We brought it and runs well . We bought it and do a lot of upgraded. I have two German shepherds so I personally made the dog kennel in the bus for another dog lover to live and travel. It runs well and new break work is done . It does need connect electricity, water and sewer to live well. It doesn’t have electricity, built in fridge and grey water tank. I have removable grey water tank that I can sell together so you are all set to go. I can give you the deck we build for the bus. I also have a movable kitchen in a box that I didn’t show in the picture. It’s a box that has table, stove and cooking pot and plate. I took it to camping. We are located in Kent .
