Used my first year of college in the dorms. Also used it once for camping and it was perfect for keeping out bugs but also staying cool with the flap you can unzip for airflow through mesh still thin enough to prevent anything else coming through. It was awesome in my dorm also. My roommate and i had different study schedules so i was never woken up with lamps on at night or the blinds being opened in the mornings. I spent like $150 or something like that on amazon for it, so i think the price im asking is more than fair.
