My family and I, along with a few ranch hands have been staying down this way to help with the flooding we needed to get a couple of our F350s and a F450 regular maintenance since we had driven from Ojinaga and Presidio plus did a lot of driving in this area.
I must say that this is a wonderful service department,That says a lot considering I spent many years in the automotive industry as a technician in a Ford dealership.

Over the past couple of decades I have purchased three Ford F150s from Northside Ford and I’ve always received great service from my service advisor and from the dealership. Three weeks ago I purchased a new Ford Bronco and in the negotiation told them that I would like them to install a hitch on the vehicle. The hitch was installed, but not to my full satisfaction because I really wanted the wiring completed so that it would be ready to use with  a seven & a four pin connector. I came back to the dealership and I was very pleased that the sales management team and the parts department are working with me to complete the job in a way that will leave me satisfied. I’m a loyal customer and I believe that loyalty is a two way street, I’m happy to say that the dealership listened to my concerns and they are working to complete the job.

‏I had a very disappointing experience at Northside Chevy and Ford, specifically with Dan Higgins. I came in hoping to ask a simple question about a vehicle I purchased—nothing more than a quick 30-second conversation. I went to his office respectfully, expecting at least basic courtesy. Instead, the receptionist informed him I was there, and he outright refused to see me. He didn’t even bother to acknowledge me or offer any help. For someone handling customer concerns, this kind of attitude is completely unacceptable. A manager at a major dealership should be approachable and willing to assist, not dismissive and rude. Experience with Mark Castillo (internet sales) and Richard Powell (finance) was top notch. Was in and out with my new Maverick in no time. And with Ford’s Maintenance Services Plan I don’t have to worry about costly repairs if for example a battery needs changing or remote stater has issues, I’m covered. Thanks to everyone at Northside!
