1995 GMC Conversion Van >30k Miles!

I replaced the engine in 2012, and while the odometer doesn't reflect it, it actually has less than 30,000 miles on it currently. I have the receipt for the engine. New battery, clean title, smogged. Back seat folds into a bed by hitting a switch. AC needs to be refilled, windshield is cracked, and has some dents and dings. There's a couple rusty spots at top of body, but fixed easily. Just replaced the front grill. Interior has some scuffs and stains but has been recently vacuumed. Never smoked in, runs great! I've held on to it for years only driving it for road trips and camping, but I don't have a place to park it anymore, so she should be put to good use with a new owner. $5k obo.
