Good condition - no stains, rips or holes. The only thing would be the snags but it can be cut or repaired. Ottoman doesn’t open for storage. Cusions aren’t sinking and are still in great condition. Cover was used for most of the time to prevent further damage. For pickup, all we can do is remove the couch from the apartment and bring it downstairs. Customer will have to cover delivery.
