It’s in great condition. It looks like someone tried to assemble it and sent it back. Maybe it was the wrong size or they just needed it one time. It can go from 1 inch high to 6 inches. It can be used for various purposes and can hold up to 2200 pounds. It comes with two large lag bolts with anchors so it can be secured to the ground. It’s a great deal.
