Almost brand new 50 gallon electric water heater. Was installed brand new on 7/5/18 then disconnected on 8/21/18 when we installed a larger tank at my house. Also includes 2 gallon expansion tank. Minor cosmetic scratches from earthquake straps. Model number Rheem #XE50T06ST45U1 Expansion Tank Model number ProFlo #PFXT5 Water heater retails new for $444 at Home Depot. Expansion tank retails new for $62. Selling both for 50% off retail at $250. Must pick up.
