This mount is designed to pull down to give a better viewing angle. One would use this on a patio or above a fire place or mantel (hence the company name). It is built very solid. Is strength adjustable depending on the TV weight. Reason for sale. Mounted it and immediately took it down. I needed a different solution for my project.
