I was sold a car under the guise that it was thoroughly inspected and maintained by the dealer. Upon arrival, the car had bad control arms ($$), a faulty torque converter ($$$) and odometer rollback (car was advertised at 70k miles, was really at 100k+ miles, according to mechanic paperwork that was left in the glovebox)

I am so happy with the assistance of the employees of this business, as a newcomer to the US they explained to me everything, so clear,  step by step, and made less painful all this process of buying a car in America!
