Gently used and in almost perfect condition. Still have plenty of life in them. The spikes have been replaced with brand new ones. They can be used for races in the 800m up to the 10k. They have super lightweight foam soles, a thin breathable mesh upper, and carbon rods in the soles that return energy and give you a boost. The box comes with a carrying bag for the shoes. They can be mens or womens spikes, but they are a mens 8 (about a womens 9.5). Originally $150
