Steampunk Coat Kids size XL, bought for my son who is a size 16/18, fit him really well. It's made of cheap material and came apart at the seam on the back and the armpit of one arm, it's missing a button on one sleeve, but still looks decent, probably has one more good use. Check out my page for more costumes.
