First, I want to start with the salesmen. They were impatient and rude. When I first came in, everything seemed friendly — they laughed, acted welcoming, and tried to win me over. But as the process went on, I realized this was not the place I wanted to buy a car. Something in my gut told me not to move forward, but I was in desperate need of transportation, and I made the mistake of going through with it.

They advertise that “no matter your credit, we’ll get you in a car,” but be careful — they run your credit through multiple loan companies, which can damage your score. When I confronted them about it, they denied it.

The way management and staff treated me was unacceptable. They acted with no respect or sympathy, especially toward young women. I truly felt taken advantage of. If you’re a young woman considering buying a car here, bring someone with you — and definitely bring a mechanic to inspect the car before you sign anything. When I wanted to change my mind after putting money down, I was told the money was non-refundable.

Eventually, the car was repossessed right outside my apartment early on a Saturday morning. I let it go because I already had plans to purchase another car with cash, and I know how to repair my own credit, so I’ll be removing that account from my report. But throughout the entire process, they showed no compassion. Payments were required every two weeks, and when I asked for even a few extra days, they gave me nothing but attitude. It’s clear they don’t care about customers — they only care about getting their money.

They also don’t maintain their cars. I asked when the last oil change was done on mine, and no one could give me an answer. That told me everything I needed to know.

For anyone considering this place: save your money, save your time, and save yourself the stress. This dealership is unprofessional, unsympathetic, and in my opinion, a scam. No matter how tempting their offers sound (“$1,000 down and pay the rest in a few months”), do not fall for it. Go to a professional dealership that values and respects its customers.     Over all worse’s dealership thanks to God I didn’t put much money into that car even when it was giving me issues. I’m glad I didn’t put any money into it and now I’m able to give me a car cash lesson learned.

Auto Express credit they tell you one thing and put another on paper please do not go to this car dealership you're going to get ripped off all they want you to do is sign your name on the paper they tell you one thing and the paperwork will say something else by the time they're finished with you you will be in the whole of 60,000 with a used car and do not ask for your money back you will never see it they tell you that they're going to help you out with the insurance that you can get a better rate it's a lie. Once you sit down and look at your paperwork they hit you with all kind of charges that you're going to have to pay it's just ridiculous the interest rate is through the roof please don't take your money to this dealership and I think they're selling the same car over and over 2021 Toyota Camry check out the reviews because the one I have something is wrong with it
