Unfortunately just don’t have space for it in my new apartment. Comes from a clean smoke-free home, with cats. $250 for the couch & pullout mattress. Also listed is the matching loveseat, willing to sell together for $350. Pickup in Capitol Hill. Sofa is pretty heavy so bring your beefiest gym rat friends.
