Had a pretty big mystery involving my 08 Chevy 3500 vortec.  Random no start/no crank or starter would stick. Then random lights and dash symbols. Tried what I knew including new batteries and starter. Nothing changed.  The shop picked up my truck and was honest and up front. Mystery kept getting deeper and they were upfront about needing an expert. Jamie used his resources and towed the truck and coordinated with the 3rd party and ultimately found a few contributing factors. The truck was then delivered to my house.  My biggest complement is knowing when to stop and assess and not just dump excess hours into something.  Appreciated.

I had a vehicle that had been sitting awhile. We weren't completely sure what the issue was, but had an idea. Our neighbor had replaced the clutch for us, but it wasn't bleeding properly.

Autostar was recommended to us by a friend. I was apprehensive because of another auto repair shop that had screwed us over. My son needed a vehicle so we HAD to get this truck fixed.

After talking to Autostar on the phone, I felt a little more comfortable.

They quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in a very short amount of time.

The BIGGEST thing to me was that they were HONEST about price and very communicative. There was no sticker shock at the end cause they communicated during every step of the way.

While I was dropping off my vehicle, there was a guy there that was having work done on something warrantied. Most places will try to find a reason not to have the vehicle covered under the warranty. He was even expecting to pay. They told him the warranty covered it and he was good to go. No fight about the warranty. This interaction created a lot of trust for me, that they warranty all their work.

I will absolutely recommend Autostar to everyone I know!
