We have been to many places with our issue trying to find a new family vehicle after our last one stopped on us. Been turned out more than one place dude to credit issues. Daniel the agent that helped us understood the assignment! Daniel and Tanner took the time to understand and worked together get us a price that worked perfectly within our budget. 5 stars and above. I highly recommend. 10/10 I would come and buy again.

I recently bought a vehicle from Premier. Upon arrival, I met Mohamed, who was very eager to listen to what I was there for and help me find the right vehicle for my needs and budget. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and worked hard to get me a great deal on a new ride.

I was very satisfied with the service I received, and am very satisfied with my purchase. Not only was Mohamed a great salesman to work with, but I met a good handful of the staff that visit; and everyone seemed professional, friendly, and helpful.

I would highly recommend Premier for anyone looking for a great ride. And just as advertised, they will find a way to get you approved. I know because I didn't think it could happen for me, but they found a bank to finance me, even in not the best of credit situations.

My wife and I recently moved back to Tucson and needed to replace our reliable but aging 14-year-old sedan. We decided a compact SUV would be the best fit for our family and test drove a Mazda CX-50, Lexus NX 300, and considered a Honda CRV. Unfortunately, once equipped with the features we wanted, those options were outside our budget.

We reached out to Premier Auto Center to see if they could help us find the right vehicle at auction. Their team was outstanding—they listened carefully to what we were looking for, kept our budget in mind, and quickly identified a 2023 Genesis GV70 in pristine condition with just 22,000 miles in Las Vegas. They walked us through the details of the vehicle, explained auction and transport fees clearly, and worked with us to land on a price we felt great about.

The process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. We’ve just returned from our first mini road trip to Bisbee, and we couldn’t be happier.

I felt compelled to share my experience regarding my recent interaction with Premier Auto Sales, specifically with Carlos Lugo, a member of their sales team. As someone who regularly engages with automotive professionals, I approached them with inquiries about co-signing for a vehicle, expecting an informed and collaborative discussion.

Regrettably, my experience fell far short of professional standards. Carlos Lugo demonstrated a concerning lack of responsiveness, not only were replies to my inquiries delayed, but at times I did not receive any response at all. This absence of communication left me without clarity, crucial details, or even a meaningful understanding of the dealership’s offerings and values.

Such disengagement is particularly disappointing given the importance of trust and transparency in automotive transactions, especially for complex matters like co-signing. I had hoped for a consultative approach that respected my time, addressed my concerns, and upheld the dealership’s reputation. Instead, I was left feeling unsupported and discouraged.

As a professional and a customer, I believe constructive feedback is vital for service improvement. I sincerely hope that Premier Auto Sales in Tucson Az takes this opportunity to review their client engagement practices and invests in more comprehensive training for their sales team. High-quality customer service is fundamental to building loyalty, confidence, and long-lasting business relationships.

I have had my vehicle for over a year now.  There were a few items needing repaired when I purchased it.  I am still waiting for the part to be replaced and the windows that scraped when winding them up and down still scrape after being " repaired". This company cares about one thing and that money!  At the time I was in a bad place and needed a vehicle fast.  I unfortunately needed a co-signer like most of their customers.  The vehicle that I purchased for twice it's value I believe was one of the stolen Hyundai's during the utube video era. I will be paying for this vehicle another 5 years at twice it's value.  Take my advice and go somewhere else to get a car if you don't want to get taken advantage of.
