Hardly used. Purchased less than 4 months ago. Came from amazon with two missing screws for arm rests. If you don't care for arms rests then that wont matter and you can remove them completely. The height lever i believe needs to be adjusted. It works but sometimes get stuck which requires a wiggle. Never tried massager. Reclines back a lot almost flat 180 degrees.. Pick up only. Se habla espanol.
