Selling my Living Spaces Tatum reversible sofa, originally $1,500. I’ve had it for 2 years, lived alone, and kept it clean and well-maintained. Super comfortable and versatile — chaise can be switched to either side. No stains, rips, or odors. It also features as a pull out bed that has never been used. I have two small flights of stairs, so it will be a challenge getting it out of my apartment, but if you’re up for the task, it’s a great deal and a great couch. (You will need 2 to 3 strong men to get this out. )
