Hi, I’m selling my parents Paloma propane tankless hot water heater. This was purchased in October 2006, and used in an off-grid cabin for 4 months of the year, from June to late September, in a two person cabin, and removed from service in late summer 2018. Suffice to say that it is in excellent cosmetic and functional condition: please see pictures of it functioning before removal, and of the heat exchanger, without any corrosion. The biggest aspect is that it does not need electricity to function, so it's great for an off grid cabin, or small or tiny house. Thanks!
