This is a special find. It's so very original. The previous owner added floating wood floors. There is newer carpet in the bedroom but not professionally installed. The front left window needs replacing, it is cracked. The center front window has the smoked protector in front of it which is nice! The back windows need love and the previous owner put the smoked window protectors from the front sides and taped them to the back corner windows. The center back window appears to need some love but I do not believe it is cracked. The rest of the windows are in good condition and open and close nicely. I towed it with my Honda ridgeline that has a 5000 pound tow weight and it pulled beautifully! I plugged it in and it's quite amazing how many things work. The battery etc monitor appears to work. The bathroom is so original and fabulous. The whole trailer needs to be spruced up more and seller is unaware of what else it needs. There are no propane tanks included. The roof looks great but the air conditioner cover needs love. I have not tested the heater, air conditioner etc. I have not tested the plumbing. There is a fuse box as shown in photos above the bed in cabinet. All of the roll cabinets work. The cabinets are all pretty nice and original. The couch is not original. The refrigerator area has a regular apartment size electric refrigerator. There is a toaster and a microwave included and I am not sure if they work. I am not sure if the stove and oven work. The walls are in amazing condition and could use cleaning but this rig is pretty cool for its age! There are two beautiful awnings one on each side that need new fabric. There is a dent on the back top and there are some issues along the bottom edges as shown. Seller is selling this as is.
