My husband and I went there with no real expectations and we really enjoyed the fact that we were able to get it at the price that we discussed prior to going and was surprised that's what we got the car for. Dennis was amazing! No pressure not following you around the parking lot or anything. Just go in and choose your car and leave with the vehicle!! Btw decided on the 2021 Mitsubishi mirage cute 🚗

I wish I could give negative stars to this dealership. My out of state organization purchased a used vehicle from this dealer. The initial customer service was very good. We purchased the vehicle, and waited several weeks for delivery. When the vehicle arrived it had many issued we had to have repaired. Dealer did not indicate any needed repairs before purchasing. (radio didn't work, A/C didn't work brakes, and alignment were needed) We paid cash for the vehicle and never received a title. I spoke with the sales manager and he was very condescending and beyond unhelpful. As of this review I am still waiting on the title and a call back. Please avoid this dealership.

I recently bought a 2017 Dodge Journey Crossroads from this dealership. Overall, I like the car — it drives well, I got solid financing, and they had no problem with me taking it to my own mechanic before finalizing the sale. They even agreed to fix a few things my mechanic pointed out, which I appreciated.

That said, a big issue came up after the purchase. I was told the hail damage noted on the Carfax had been repaired, and that simply wasn’t true — the roof still has visible, unrepaired damage. When I brought it up, the response was dismissive: “it is what it is.” No apology, no effort to fix it, no financial solution offered.

What bothered me most wasn't the hail damage itself, but the fact that I was given false information about it and no one took ownership when I raised the concern. Honesty is one of the most important qualities you want in a salesperson, and that part of the experience left me disappointed.

I’m still happy with the car and appreciate the parts of the process that went smoothly. But this experience definitely made it harder to fully trust the dealership, and I hope they take more accountability with future customers.

Based on what I can only assume was the dealership owner or a salesman driving a white terrain with no plates and sticker still on the front window. If you buy a car from this dealership it may not have working turn signals and the brakes won't be able to keep you more than 3 feet from anyone else on the road. Buy at your own risk.
