All I can say is INTEGRITY. Sam made me rethink big dealerships all together. He was so honest about my car choices and really helped me narrow down and find something that not only fit my budget, but also my needs. This is NOT one of those pushy places and that shocked me the most bc when you think dealership, you think price gouging and ‘make that sale’. I also had a very minor issue with the front sensor and he took care of it (another shocker). It’s hard to find businesses that stand by their product, and Sam definitely proved me wrong! Can’t recommend this place enough!

I'm kind of thrilled with my car I bought from these guys. Don't get me wrong, the customer service was lacking and you may need to track someone down to get help here. But I would take that any day over hidden fees and sleazy sales people. I asked for a pic of the damage before coming down to test drive and they sent me them. The car is immaculate now. They had no problem with me paying cash. I asked for an out the door price and that's what I paid. No tricks. Restored title for 2/3rd the price of a clean title. I went to another similar dealer that fixes their own cars, and it was the opposite, great customer service, and a bunch of hidden fees. So glad I didn't buy there.

Initially, my first purchase was marked by professionalism and respect, a handshake sealing the deal with a promise of quality service. It was an experience that instilled confidence and trust.

However, my recent encounter left me reeling from a rude awakening. With the arrival of a new employee, the atmosphere shifted dramatically. Gone were the courteous exchanges and attentive service. Instead, I was met with dismissiveness and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.

Attempting to secure my second vehicle, I was rudely denied a basic test drive, made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. The once welcoming environment had turned cold, leaving me with a bitter taste in my mouth. It's disheartening to witness such a stark departure from the standards of professionalism.

As someone who values respect and courtesy, I can no longer recommend American Auto Sales with confidence. While my past experiences were positive, this recent encounter has left me deeply disappointed and questioning their commitment to customer care.

Third car purchased from this dealership. 2018 Chevy Colorado, 2016 Toyota Corolla, 2019 Ford Escape. They do great restoration work with a state of the art shop for each part of the restoration. They have an excellent variety and inventory but for me above all, pricing. I start out by seeing a large amount of photos of the car I like. I then ask to look at damage photos and they show me those. I inspect the car first hand and drive it to see how it operates. Once you have a car you like, AAS has a very good relationship with MACU. I did almost of all of the work via email and over the phone getting a loan. Just realize this is a family owned business. Dont expect lots of sales people, be patient, and wait your turn. Go during the week if possible.
