All the times I’ve been there I’ve had a horrible experience. First red flag is when you walk in and no one is greeting you. Second red flag is when you look at the cars and see cracked windshields and torn apart interior. The last red flag is when you finally get a sales rep and they go above and beyond to not care. Ask them or confront them about whatever makes you feel uncomfortable and see how they respond. I’m stuck in a car from them and every time my payment is due that is supposed to be on auto draft I end up having to call them. And then when I call the phones don’t work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Oh and definitely do not ask for Gonzalo

Well where do i start? I called and I really thought it was going to be an easy transaction as I've bought plenty of cars.
I spoke to Brian and he was on his way to lunch. Understandable and he mentioned he would get back to me in about 30 minutes. 2 to 3 hours later, still no call and no big deal. I'll give him a call, im sure he got busy. I let him know what car I was interested and how im ready to make a deal. When I called him back he remembered speaking with me and I had previously asked him to give me a breakdown of the fees and charges before we can talk about financing. He let me speak to "the boss". The boss didn't want to give me any numbers at all and thats because thats the way he runs his business. He wants to run credit before we can get to running numbers. I let him know I don't just run my credit without 1st checking the car out and without knowing what im agreeing to.
He said no one ever has a problem doing it the way he wants he does it. I told him I do. I just wanted to know what fees or charges are going to be and the asking price. Man ... was this the worse car dealership I've ever spoken to. He kept cutting me off in the middle of my questions or concerns. Then tells me to can I talk? Wow ... unprofessional. He finally agrees to give me some numbers but they're not going to be accurate and it sounded that he just wanted to get off the phone.
Waiting for those numbers and nothing. The Brian guy calls me and let him know my concerns but something again, cutting me off and telling me to let them talk. They obviously don't want to sell the car and if that's the way they do business, I'll take my money elsewhere.
Stay away from a dealership that doesn't want to be transparent about fees and charges. No customer service. Unprofessional management and employees.

Terrible experience

DO NOT GO HERE. Nobody will come out to greet you or assist you let alone help with any cars. They lie to you and even worse treat you HORRIBLE. VERY unprofessional and rude. Never have I ever experienced a dealership like this, windshields are all broken wrong info listed on line the list goes on and on but the moral of the story DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

This team was super helpful and explained everything.  Excellent sales & service.  My wife and I went to the dealership with my in-laws to help them pick a vehicle.

We expected a typical "bad" experience where dealers use the same sales tactics that don't work anymore with smart shoppers..

We got quite the opposite! The entire team: Jorge, Gil, Vero, and Cesar...from sales to financing was just awesome!

My in-laws left happy and these guys represent a better car buying experience 🙌 !

Keith is the go to man for getting it done! He helped me get into a sweet ride! My case was a bit of challenge due to my non conventional ways of earning a decent wage being an independent contractor, but he was determined to help me finance a car that I’ll be happily driving for many years to come. He even went above and beyond by driving the car to my job as I work very long hours 6 days a week to sign the paperwork and hand me the keys. He’s a great guy and an even greater man of God.
