Two beautiful mid-century amethyst/purple Blenko Glass table lamps. Designed by Winslow Anderson and sold between the years 1953 and 1956.Each one is handblown from high-quality glass. They come with the original, hard to find, matching amethyst/purple finials and adjustable harps which allow you to raise or lower the lampshades to your preferred height. They are made to hold a 50,100,150 three-way light bulb. Both lamps measure between 30” to 32” tall depending on what height the harp is adjusted to. The lamps are in very, very good condition and have been lovingly looked after. Both have recently been rewired and have an extra long brown cord.They are tested and working. A brown felt cover on the bottom of the lamp provides a sturdy foundation for your lamp while protecting delicate surfaces from scratches.
