Disappointed and frustrated.
-Im confused on how you run mine and my wife's credit reports and not call us to  talk about our options with the car we want.

Day 1
I did their online application and they ran my credit. Joel called stating what the options were. We didn't like it but we set up an appointment anyway to talk to him and look at the car.

Day 2 (Mother's Day)
We went up and Joel wasn't there. We talked to a younger gentleman who showed us the car we were looking at. We wanted it, but the options weren't in our budget.

Day 3
Called back later seeing another car we would want and spoke to Joel again. He gave us the options but he wasn't willing to negotiate. He just kept saying how much he wanted us to put down and what the offer was. We needed a second car so we said ok reluctantly and again he ran our credit report. He never gave us a call after he ran our credit and still to this day he hasn't called or made any form of contact.

After speaking to Joel. My wife decided to look at other places because we sensed a negative attitude towards our financial situation with this dealership. We ended up buying a car from M. K. Smith Chevrolet in Chino. They worked with our budget and we got a car at a great price the same day.

I wouldn't suggest this place after the poor work ethic and poor communication skills from Joel. The younger gentleman we've seen in person was helpful and he even called us back with a better deal, just not in the budget still.

Thank you for making the process so easy and for being so upfront not like other dealers we went to. Ask for Joel my wife and I are very happy with our car and our payments, I appreciate their service at Select Motorz. I highly recommend them 👍🏽
