Came by to check out a rarer VW and was amazed to see a perfectly maintained vehicle. Lee was honest, fun to work with and very open. Can't speak fully on the car yet as we just purchased our Cruze today... but I'm 1000% satisfied with the buying experience. Ace was not pushy, very straightforward, and made the process quick and easy for me and my husband. Like some of the other reviews mention, he did state early in our visit that their prices are firm and they don't finance -- but I did not find that off-putting or rude at all. Frankly I appreciate him being direct but still polite. Others may be more sensitive, I like the no BS approach. Anyway, I'll update if anything changes in the near future but as of now I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Ace again. Solid dude.
