BUYER BEWARE — Misleading Sale, Undisclosed Damage, and Completely Unprofessional Service

I purchased a vehicle from Guaranteed Motor Cars in Palos Hills and was completely misled. The car showed up with over 2,000 more miles than what was advertised. On top of that, it reeked of cigarette smoke and had visible body damage—none of which was disclosed during the sale.
All which was noticed immediately upon delivery!
I have called and left messages, as well as sent emails.

That alone would be enough for a serious complaint, but it gets worse: when I called to discuss these concerns, I was hung up on by Gus, their so-called “customer contact.” No apology. No attempt to make it right. Just completely dismissive and disrespectful.

This is not how you treat paying customers. This dealership clearly lacks integrity, transparency, and any form of professional accountability. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere unless you enjoy being lied to, ignored, and disrespected!

It was a great experience working on a deal with Zach here at guaranteed motors! He was very polite and great at his work helping me get approved and leaving with a great looking ride! He was quick and made everything run smoothly, even when it came down to making the big decision, giving us plenty of time to decide. All and all my experience was great and would definitely recommend Zach when purchasing your next car!!

The staff was awesome Zach the salesperson was very informative. I was immediately approached and taken care of as far as test driving and that type of thing I ended up purchasing a 2021 model s plaid from Tesla. After a very very very long day ( hours) grinding numbers and interest rates and down payment amounts we finally came to a deal. My only frustrations was my trade-in was listed for sale before it was even paid off which was odd.... The finance department promised me they could match my rate that I came in with from my at home bank and after a very long wait that didn't happen so my credit was hit multiple times and I was not happy with the financing. Apart from that everybody was respectful and they went pretty much above and beyond to try to get me happy and feel like I got a good deal. I have purchased many cars throughout my life and I've had a lot of really crappy dealerships with really bad experiences this was not one of them I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a good vehicle and a good team of people to help you stop by guaranteed motors they might have what you're looking for and in my case they had a beautiful Tesla plaid that I took home. There was some bumps in the road that we got it done.
