A beautiful, solid antique spinnet desk. It features a rectangular top, dovetail-jointed drawers on each corner, and four large turned legs. The middle front section of the top flips back to reveal partitioned drawers and cubbies to the interior. Pulling finger holds on a secondary platform pulls the piece out from inside the desk to create an extended writing surface. The piece has a reddish-brown finish and notched floral trim around the bottom perimeter. Comes complete with a complimentary antique wood and leather chair. The desk measures 50" W x 36" T x 22" D, the chair 19" W x 39" T x 17" D with a seat height of 18". Both are in good antique condition consistent with age and use. I paid $800 for the desk 5 years ago!
