Description

7 ft long 3’2” wide 2’11” tall Purchased in late 2020. I just moved to Pensacola and it does not fit the space is the only reason I’m selling. This is an adult only house so normal wear and tear. And only a few minor cat scratches. The cushions are Velcro on the back so they stay in place. And I have used leather conditioners on this every few months. Excellent condition.
