Madame Alexander Vintage Little Women Doll Madame Alexander ~Bride Doll~ #435 This beautiful vintage 1960’s Madame Alexander bride doll is from the Miniature Showcase series. The 8 inch tall brunette doll wears a white tulle and lace wedding gown and white tulle veil. Her undergarments are white lace trimmed bloomers, stockings and a blue flower trimmed garter. She's holding a ribbon trimmed floral bouquet. The Alexander Doll Company was founded in 1923 by Beatrice Alexander, aka Madame Alexander, and is still in operation today in New York, NY USA. The Alexander-Kins, Wendy, Wendy-Kins dolls, which are 7 1/2 - 8" tall, used the Wendy face mold. Many of these dolls are either unmarked or marked ALEXANDER or ALEX. Stand included.
