Truly the skeeziest and least competent people ever to attempt to sell cars. How they still have a license in California is truly beyond me, they're in gross violation of the law. They never provided a temporary registration or submitted anything to the DMV to get license plates, despite multiple attempts and promises to do so, over the course of MONTHS. RUN, do not walk, away from these jokers!

I bought a Sprinter van from this dealership a few months ago. It was an absolute headache just getting through the buying process. Then they didn't ship the car to me until I threatened to have my credit card company pull the money. Then instead of shipping it, they drove it to Las Vegas adding ~400 miles to it.

I thought that was the end of my headache. Until I got registration from CALIFORNIA, when I live in Las Vegas. They charged me over 11% sales tax (fraud). They registered the van as commercial, when it's not (fraud). The registered it in a state I don't live in (fraud). When I contacted them to straighten this out, they just told me to register it in Nevada and acted like paying extra tax and registration fees twice was not an issue. They said a manager would call back, never happened. Emailed them, no response.

Now I'm just waiting on an attorney to take action and can't drive the van as is. Do not buy from this dealership!
