Description

Beautiful vintage hen on nest in green jadeite milk glass. This mid century hen has a turned head, molded eyes & beak, defined feathering, eggs around her front, and a split tail. The basket base has a lovely scalloped edge & basket weave pattern. This piece measures approximately 5.5" tall with the hen assembled on the basket base. The base measures 6" x 5". The hen is unmarked and has been in my collection for many years. It is in excellent condition with no damage or repairs. Very striking green colored hen on nest that looks fantastic on display. Available for pickup at my Anaheim home near Kraemer and Orangethorpe.
