From a large selection of vehicles to great staff and customer service.  Prior to my purchase, I noticed some discrepancies where the dealer said they would repair them.  On final inspection of the car, North End Motors discovered a few issues that needed to be addressed. I immediately received a call from the Sales Manager, Jaime.  He informed me that he would communicate the status of the car while the work was being preformed.  He did just that.  That's great customer service!  Jaime made sure the car was to my perfection.  He sent a video and pictures before delivery.  Tony, the delivery driver, was patient while I went over the areas that needed attention.  I cannot say enough about Jaime.  I'm very pleased with my purchase from TJ, Jaime and the staff at North End Motors.

From the moment we arrived at North End Motors, the experience of buying our "new to us" 2024 Jeep Wrangler Willys 4Xe was fantastic!  We were immediately greeted by Naf, who was incredibly professional and made us feel welcome.  The entire process, from browsing to finalizing the purchase, was smooth and completely stress-free.  There were no issues whatsoever, and we were so impressed with the efficiency and transparency of the team.  We absolutely love our Jeep and highly recommend North End Motors to anyone looking for a newer, low-mileage vehicle.  They made the car buying experience a genuinely positive one!

Well, normally buying a car for a lot of people can be stressful especially a used car, but I have to say the salesman and his associates who answered the phone and got me to him. His name is Michael M.. Were fantastic. Michael was one of the honest car salesman I’ve ever met in my life. He went out of his way to be upfront and honest allowed me to drive the car without any questions. He made everything happen as far as the banks went got a good price got a good payment. I would suggest to anybody who’s looking for a good used car and now I bought a 2018. Dodge Challenger V8 and could not be happier the car is in fantastic shape. It’s an incredible car. They got some really good used cars down there. This is exactly what I was looking for and he just was such a nice guy and an easy guy to work with and he was very respectful to my girlfriend who had a cosign cause I’m on disability you know, coming off some surgeries and a back issue but hopefully going back to work soon. Again, if you’re looking for an honest car salesman, who’s gonna do right by you? Go to Northeast motors in Canton on route 138 and just asked For Mike Morris car salesman you won’t regret it. I’m extremely happy.. I wish you all the luck that I had and he is really a great guy. Good luck thanks again Mike John.

Just bought my first car ever! After months of searching and visiting tons of dealerships, I finally landed on North End Motors and I’m so glad I did. Ali was amazing throughout the whole process.
