1986 13ft FIBERGLASS Casita rv travel trailer- Beautifully restored with bathroom/shower New 100 Watt Renogy Solar Panel- With plenty of room to add more New Wanderer Li 30A PWM Charge Controller with a temperature sensor option. 2- 35 amp hour 12 volt batteries = 70 amp hours in rechargeable power storage Stereo system with Pioneer speakers throughout (12 volt) LED Lighting and fans throughout (12 volt) New- never used air conditioner. (120 volt) The venting for the unit needs to be cutout. I chose not to cut into the fiberglass in case the new owner chooses to place the unit somewhere else or get a rooftop unit. It is an easy project. Cut a hole and install a vent so the ac can breathe. New mini fridge (120 volt) Newer Microwave (120 volt) Stove and oven (Propane) 2 full/almost full propane tanks Towing setup in the back. Sleeps up to 5 people -Table booth made into a Full bed, small twin on the couch and a full set-up on the floor. All cushions fit to make beds mentioned. New tires and new spare There are plenty of options left to customize the rv how you would like. New carpet- which can be used as a template if you choose to lay down wood or vinyl flooring. New propane heater- needs to be installed. I will show the new owner where the intended space is. I never installed it as I was unsure if the new owner would want a heater as the space can be used for additional storage. Florida is hot and the winters are mild. A very small heater (I will also throw this in with the rv, it is new as well) is all that is needed for the couple days of cold we have. It heats the rv up in minutes and can be stored away when not in use. There is a propane hot water heater that I will throw in with the rv. Clean title in hand ready to transfer into your name. MAKE ME AN OFFER! What needs to be done and notes about the rv. Toilet needs seals- I ordered from amazon and received the wrong size. Handles on cabinets need to be installed-or not. Your choice. Have faces for drawers if you choose to build them. Currently they are attached for the aesthetics. There is extra spaces and wire for more devices if you choose to add anything. I can’t imagine what more you would want to install but the option is there. Ceiling fan is not working for some reason. It was brand new in the box when I installed it. It may be something simple like a wire that is not connecting. Worst case scenario- buy a new one, they are cheap. Or do whatever you want with the space! (I will delete this comment if I get to this project before the rv sells. I need to install a couple of window locks- I have them at the RV. I will delete this comment if I get the locks installed before the sale. This RV is being sold “as is”. I have a clean title in my name and am located in Jupiter Farms Florida.
