I guess is my turn to tell my experience. I been interested in a 2019 BMW X5 that they have. Told them over the phone that I need it for export as a gift for my mom. They said they can’t do export papers, then I asked if they can transfer it to my friends dealership because he knows how to export, they said yes no problem. Also I asked about the condition of the car, they told me it’s in a show room condition. After all the agreements I put a deposit and took a flight from Seattle to them( that cost me 1000$). When I arrived, show room car transformed to a trash car. Every penel had major scratches and dents which were painted by hand to hide them. Hand rest discolored. When I ran a car fax, every oil change was over due by 5000-7000 miles each time. Car has 82k miles and no one did oil change on that transmission, diffs etc. which had to bee done 22k miles ago according to requirements. But I been told over the phone all the services been done recently. I was like ok, I spent a lot of time flying here, and decided to take the risk and do services myself but negotiated the price for only another 500$. Went to the bank, got the cashier check for a full amount, and when I came back they switched up telling me no we are not selling the car unless it’s transferred to your name. Trying to remind them what we spoke about and why I came here that fur, the owner refused to sell the car at all leaving me with the loss. With the deposit which who know if I’m going to receive back and the fly ticket that I bought for no reason. Definitely regretting dealing with them.  And definitely not recommending this dealership to anyone.

I bought a 2019 Honda accord sport from Ottomattic motors had a little cosmetic damage but car looked very nice clean.. March 5th 2025. Not even a week after having the car all kinds of lights came on I took the car back to dealer he was very kind and assured me he (Mr Otto) would fix the problem.. I got all kinds of documentation concerning every issue I had with the car since I’ve had it!!! He allowed his mechanic to look at the car they determined it was the turbo performing badly ok so his mechanic only would turn the warning lights off instead of fixing the problem.. I took it back about 3 more times same issue before the receptionist said I had an extended warranty with AvantaGuard on the car.. so I had a diagnosis done on the car mr.Otto mechanic put an after market part in the car he put a hose on upside down clamps were missing on certain hoses the car was in a $2,300 dollar fee to have this repair done the car was sold as a lemon as of Saturday June 21,2025 car is broke down not drivable due to it should have not been sold to a customer until it was up to par I don’t recommend no one to buy a car from this dealership!!! He was so kind to me when I kept bring the car back reassuring me the car would be fixed properly it was all not true car is a complete lemon

Mr. Otto you were very nice to me but all the time I brought my car back and forth it was not fixed!! You said your mechanic fixed the turbo that was a lie cause when my mechanic took it out of car it was chewed up! The car was as not not fit for sale and if you lost money that’s karma cause AvantaGuard ain’t no good as an extended warranty I’ve spent almost $$3000 dollars in repairs cause the car wasn’t ready for the road so now I’m stuck with a 19,000 dollar car payment that’s not fair to the customer you lied to me about this car being fixed by your mechanic I got lots of paperwork and documentation I got from a second opinion so all the stuff you stated in your comeback for me was all lies I can prove my statements in court but you sir can not so thanks for screwing up my credit cause I want be paying for a car I can’t fix or that sorry AvantaGuard warranty want fix either they give me the bigger bill as they take the smaller bill

I just bought a car from Ottomatic Motors, and they were really nice people. Ms. Dee dee and Marvin were really helpful, I had a great experience, the owner was also a great person. I’m glad I got my car from them!
