Vine Insurance Agency works closely with them and most of our book comes directly from their referrals. When customers purchase a vehicle Core Motors makes sure they’re fully taken care of even connecting them with us for their insurance needs. I’ve personally purchased three Teslas from Core Motors so far one for myself one for my wife and one for my sister in law and I will continue to do so. That’s how much we trust and value their service. It’s rare to find a dealership that puts in this much effort for clients after the sale. If you want to be treated like family and drive away with a great car Core Motors is the place to go.

I was going to purchase a dodge dart from Chris… he said nothing was wrong with it and it ran well… upon arrival the car started up bad and felt worse while driving it…I took it to Auto zone which I recommend everyone do before purchasing a vehicle… a code for the evaporator system came up… I guess they erased the code assuming I was gonna buy it as is… that’s some scamming BS honestly… then after I left them he had the audacity to message me and tell me to be upfront with the next dealership I did business with 😂 like what!!! Don’t come here!!!! I recommend Approved Autos off of Buck Owens… they took come of me that same day and I left with a good vehicle

I thought I was having a really good experience until it wasn’t. Some of the red flags were my bad and I chose to ignore them. I should’ve said something in the moment so that’s my fault. This is a family business and the father was really nice and showed us the truck. I knew what I wanted and the truck met those specifications so I decided pretty quickly to buy it. He took us inside where his son handles the finances. He told me it’d be $25 extra a month to get the warranty so I agreed. He then asked if it was okay to apply my signature electronically which is where I should’ve said no and signed MY paperwork myself. When I got home and looked at the paperwork the warranty and it was $2500 for one year, and with 5 years of interest, not such a good deal. The paperwork states you can cancel. We went the next day to pay my down payment and pickup the truck. The first thing that was kind of offensive to me was he kept asking if my check was valid and had sufficient funds. If you don’t want to accept personal checks then don’t and tell me to get a certified check or cash. Whatever. We completed the transaction and then I mentioned I wanted to cancel the warranty. This is when things changed and he seemed upset, telling me everything he could why I shouldn’t cancel it. He then rushed us out and said my dad has the keys outside and didn’t even get up to walk us out. Okay? Rude. This might not seem like a big deal but it made me feel upset as this was a big and exciting purchase for us. I then texted him 2x, 2 different days requesting to cancel and guess what no response. I called the number on the contract for the warranty and they instructed me how to cancel it myself.
They were speedy fast and got us in and out in less than an hour on the first day and the vehicle is great but the second half of the transaction left me feeling like just another sale and they didn’t actually appreciate my business.
