It is likely priced a bit higher although it looks the same. The difference is a multitude of extra features. For me the key difference is the ability to lock out the thermostat, or limit the range to which it can be adjusted. I use these in an office where people have a tendency to mess with things, and it's a lot nicer looking than putting a lockbox over it. I also use it at home, to keep kids from jacking it around too much. It's a good product, reliable and worth the extra cash.
