Partially renovated motorhome, runs and drives (tow recommended). The good: Low Miles- ~59k Title in hand Priced to sell! New battery put in last summer Includes Chilton and original manuals Tub/Shower & Toilet Includes new runner lights to be installed Replaced floors (removed shag carpet) Reupholstered the pull out couch (I can show you how to do it again, if you would like to change it). The bad: The speedometer and gas gauge are not currently functioning (reasons why towing is recommended). Electrical, gas and plumbing systems have not been thoroughly tested. The ugly: Yes there is water damage. Missing air vent cover on loft. Loft subfloor and foam insulation were removed to be replaced. The loft and cab are the most unfinished areas in the RV. If you need an emergency place to crash or looking for a project vehicle this could be great for you! It would also make for a great vintage flip if you update it but keep the 70s vibes. Asking $2000 or best offer CASH only
