I leave my clients feeling relaxed, energized, less stressed and more focused. My 5-20 minute technique relaxes the muscles and relieves tension while encouraging the entire mind/body system to become more alert. Employees will continue with there work day refreshed, with renewed concentration and enthusiasm. Sessions are tailored to your workplace requirements, and aims to cause as little disruption to normal activities as possible. Employees can continue with their work, or can take a short break from their duties. Individual sessions are most commonly 5–20 minutes in duration. I can visit your establishment regularly once a week, bi weekly, monthly or on a one time on call basis. No equipment is required. Staff remain seated at their workstation or in a quite meeting area. All sessions are performed fully clothed and absolutely No creams or oils are used.
