Description
Vintage Anchor Hocking Ballerina Cameo Footed Divided Relish Dish Ballerina Cameo divided relish dish made by Anchor Hocking between 1930 and 1934. It is in excellent condition; no chips and no cracks. Dimensions are in the photos. In natural light, it is a beautiful green depression era glass color. Under UV light, it also glows brightly green as it contains uranium in the glass. The dish has 3 feet which elevate it from the table surface and detailed etchings of a ballerina dancing. Originally the dish was intended to be used to serve relishes; it can also be used to serve fruits, snacks, appetizers, or be used to hold trinkets such as jewelry. This piece may be of interest to anyone who collects depression era glassware or glowing glass; such as uranium, cadmium, selenium or manganese. It would also complement an art deco, art nouveau, mid century modern (MCM), cottage core, farmhouse, depression era, vintage or antique styled home. Pick up by Craig and Decatur in North Las Vegas 89130 Feel free to take a look at my other uranium glass listings, thank you!
