If I could give it no stars I would. I got a ford escape from there and have have it 2 months. Engine light is on and and it's over heating. There are other problems that popped up right after i got it. Ridiculous that they can sell vehicles that break fast.

Edit. Yall "fixed" it once. I did bring it to you and it's still messed up.  As for earlier post..I don't see one..? 😒 I gave a 2 star now because you "tried" to fix it.

Do not recommend. The communication is very limited and poor. I am financing a vehicle through them, has been almost a month. It’s been one thing after another. They told us the vehicle was ready, and automatically realized multiple things wrong with it. First it went into the shop for a ball joint. Got it back, the wheel shook over 60MPH, there was a horrible cranking noise coming from the front end. Did not leave the parking lot and heard the noise and issues were still there. Got out and explained the issue, went on 2 different test drives with 2 different mechanics. The mechanic thought it needed an alignment, so they sent us over to get one and it did not fix the issue. Went back over to Risen and the 2nd mechanic said the tires needed to be balanced.. but they already did that??? Also stated, the stirring rack will more than likely be the problem for the cranking noise and will fix that if so.  Here I am, a week later, haven’t heard nothing. They haven’t looked at it, and Mike didn’t even know my car was left there to be looked at! Ugh.. any suggestions on what to do?? It’s a 2012.. and has been nothing but complications.

Absolutely the worst place to go to to get a vehicle! I would give a negative thousand stars if I could! Vehicle needed repairs on the transmission they held it for almost a month finally got it back only to find out the CV joint shaft, resonator, four-wheel drive actuator need to be replaced as well as the frame had a hole in it and they passed it with inspection anyway so they had to take my vehicle yesterday to weld it! Yes they took it to get welded but still stuck me with $2,000 worth of repairs that I had to do on the vehicle and I haven't even had it for a month and a half! All in caps beware of all this place!!!!!!!

I've talked to nine people other than myself, one of them had a fantastic experience.  Every other person has had nothing but issues with their vehicles here including myself.   Buy at your own risk.

Best car buying experience EVER!! Today I picked up my 2018 ford escape and I absolutely LOVE it!! Mike and Logan are the best! They both went above and beyond to get me into this vehicle, any issues that popped up, they took care of them and definitely did right by me. Thank you both so much for everything you did. I would highly recommend buying your next vehicle here!! If and when I ever need another vehicle, this will be the first place that I go to! WAY TO GO GUYS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
