This couch is in decent shape. Some of the corners were a little worn but we've cleaned it up pretty well (see pics). There was a repair in the back corner as well. Other then that there's no other rips, tears or stains. It comes from a smoke free, pet friendly home. This couch would be great for a kid friendly or pet friendly home or maybe a basement.
