Bought on April 28th brand new in box and only opened to place in our living room only to find out that it blocked our view from our dinning room table to our TV since it was taller than our previous Sofa. So we've decided to sell at a loss from what we paid since Ashley's has a no returns policy. First come first served price of only $1,080 with no tax, or delivery charges added or passed on to you. This is a real leather sofa and not an immation leather known as leatherette that some places sell that eventually peals and cracks. Only the lower sides and back are made with a matching material to keep the cost more reasonably priced, since everywhere else that your skin touches is 100% real leather. Get it before it's gone and you regret it later because similar Sofas sell for much more and include tax and delivery service charges whether you pick it up yourself or not. This usually sells for $1,500 when it's not on sale plus taxes which saves you $116.25 on taxes alone at 7.75% on $1,500.
